For the 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester, in order to prevent students who tested positive for COVID-19 during the Final/Make-up exam process from suffering from semester and right loss, our University Senate has decided;

*To grant an additional exam right (excuse exam) to the students of the School of Tourism Management and Hotel Management and Yeşilova İsmail Akın Vocational School between 14-18 February 2022, which corresponds to 14 days after the end of the make-up exam, to conduct all their exams in the excuse exam face-to-face, and to ensure that the excuse registration renewals of the relevant students for the 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester are made by the unit student affairs between 21-23 February.

*For all academic units of our University other than the above academic units, to grant an additional exam right (excuse exam) between 21-25 February 2022, which corresponds to 14 days after the end of the make-up exam, to conduct all their exams in the excuse exam face-to-face, and to ensure that the excuse registration renewals of the relevant students for the 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester are made by the unit student affairs between 28 February-02 March 2022.

Students who test positive for Coronavirus ("COVID-19") in the relevant exams can apply by filling out the petition format in the attachment and sending it to the unit email addresses along with the documents declaring that they are positive.
